There are two ways to order Jala Wholesale. 

Reserve the hottest styles for upcoming seasons by placing a pre-book order. Upcoming Jala styles can be viewed and pre-booked directly online through your Wholesale Account. You can also contact us at wholesale@Jalaclothing.com or 800-840-4042 ext 110, or by chat.

Pre-book orders do not require payment at time of order.  Final confirmation of order availability and payment for your order and shipping cost for orders of $100 or less, will be collected 1-2 weeks prior to estimated ship date. No items will be shipped until your order is paid in full. Place an order for only the pre-book styles for the specific delivery in your shopping cart separate from immediate styles. Be sure to use coupon code at check out to defer payment. You can find the code for the specific delivery on the pre-book collection page. 

Wholesale pricing is 50% off our listed retail pricing. Items can be purchased in any offered size and color with no minimums. We also offer closeout sales on styles that will no longer be re-stocked. These styles are limited in size and quantity.  We offer free 6-9 day ground shipping on orders over $100. Items, excluding closeout/final sale items, can be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Clothing must not be worn, washed and like new. All closeout sales are final.All final-sale items are identified by a price ending in .99. All returns must be pre-approved by Jala and the return ship date must be within 14 days of the delivery date. Buyers will be responsible for shipping cost. All orders are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the 14 day return policy period.

Our goal is to ship all domestic orders of in stock styles received by 11am PST within one business day. 

Our goal is to ship International orders of in stock styles within 1-3 business days of receipt by Jala.

*International Shipping - 

If for any reason your international package does not arrive, we suggest contacting your local customs department and local post office. 

Customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees for international orders.
